If I need help with something on XPOR, how quickly do you usually respond to queries?

Hi Luisa.  Usually you'll get something back from us within an hour or so.  Not so quick at weekends.  But our tech team see all the Forum posts as soon as they are posted.  We are also considering opening Forum posts up to the Client Account Team.  They are the most efficient bunch!

This will look a little odd in months / years to come but because everything we do is online, our team are working (from home!) throughout the COVID19 pandemic.  Currently our support is better than normal.

Support requests are answered within a couple of hours (BST). All tech and support staff receive support request notificaitons.
