There are several ways. Firstly most pages and the data they display have "history". Buit you will need to be logged in and have Modify permissions on the object concerned.
Secondly, each object has a change log - you can wind back the changes in the admin system / back end.
Thirldy, the back end has a recycle bin - so you can restore deleted things.
